Clear Color (the “App”) is operated by BrushLabs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Clear Color mobile application.
Clear Color is designed to help you identify, compare, and extract colors using your device’s camera or images you choose. All color picking, comparison, and image processing happens entirely on your device.
We do not upload or store your camera feed, images, or color data on our servers.

You may revoke camera access at any time through your device’s system settings.
Clear Color allows you to save and export color palettes (for example, as images or files). All palette data is generated and stored locally on your device unless you choose to export it.
When you export a palette, the data is saved or shared according to the destination you choose (such as your device’s file system or another app). We do not receive or store exported palettes.
We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics to help us understand how the app is used and to improve features, performance, and stability.

Analytics data is processed in accordance with PostHog’s privacy practices.
Clear Color stores app data such as selected colors, palettes, and settings locally on your device. We do not provide user accounts or cloud-based data storage for this app.
If you uninstall the app, locally stored data is removed according to your device’s operating system behavior.
Aside from analytics (PostHog), Clear Color does not share data with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Clear Color is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
