These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clear Color mobile application (the “App”), operated by BrushLabs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
If you download Clear Color from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
These Terms supplement Apple’s EULA and apply to the extent they do not conflict with it.
Clear Color is provided to help you identify, compare, and work with colors using your device’s camera or images you choose.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Clear Color may offer optional paid features through subscriptions or one-time purchases (“Pro features”).
Payment will be charged to your account through the platform from which you downloaded the App (such as Apple App Store or Google Play).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your platform’s account settings.
We do not manage billing, refunds, or subscription changes directly. These are handled by the platform provider.
Some features of the App are available for free, while others require a subscription or purchase. Features may change over time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, including Pro features, at any time.
Any colors, palettes, or exports you create using Clear Color are created and stored locally on your device unless you choose to export them.
We do not claim ownership of your exported content.
The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by BrushLabs LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App except as permitted by law.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrushLabs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
